Another Contest, This One’s For the Links

Bryan over at One Man’s Goal is trying to help himself and every other blogger out by having a contest to see who can gain the most over the next month.

The goal is to help move yourself up in Alexa and Technorati rankings over the month of August.  Of course anyone who knows SEO knows that Bryan will probably be getting a good boost from the linkbacks that he’s getting off this, but hey, if we all benefit, isn’t that a good thing!

Another Contest Held Elsewhere

As usual, I am not hosting the contest, but the good people at EverybodyGoTo are. This time it’s a USB drink cooler and a USB desk lamp. Woo Hoo!

The cooler has already made some of the rounds on the Blogging Contest rounds. First signed and then given away on John Chow dot Cow blog. Then won and given away again by Chow’s arch nemesis, John Cow dot Com. Won there by our friends at EverybodyGoTo.

Of course if I win the cooler, I will have to pass it on in another contest of my own thus passing it on to others to do the same, and creating a media frenzy about the USB cooler that is never used.
